Chiara Amati
Eclectic artist and polyglot, able to move across different musical genres, representative of the crossover music.
2001 – 2006 | Early Years
She began her musical studies at the age of 7 with the Licabella children’s choir, taking up the study of piano at the same time. At 12, she made her debut as a treble voice at Teatro del Casinó in Sanremo conducted by M° Daniele Rustioni.
2006 – 2017 | Education
She attended the Music High School of the G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan.
She graduated at the age of 19 in French horn from the Milan Conservatory and later in Opera from the Conservatory of Piacenza. She has taken part in orchestral tours in China, Oman and India as a horn player.
She studied Musical Theatre in London with the vocal coaches of Vocal Balance UK and attended the MDM(Musical Dance Master) Academy with Chiara Cattaneo in Milan.
In her free time, she studies foreign languages and currently speaks English, German, Russian, Arabic and Chinese.
2015 – 2020 | Professional Activities
She toured in Sicily and Lazio as a singer/actress in the musical comedy “Anfitrione” by Marco Cavallaro.
She worked at the Teatro Delfino in Milan as a singer/actress in various productions.
She performed in several family shows at Teatro Brancaccio in Rome and Teatro Nuovo in Milan.
She took part in the summer season of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall in Greece, performing a repertoire of swing and tango.
Current Activities
She performs regularly in collaboration with the Orchestra Milano Classica in numerous Disney concerts.
Through her singing, she brings traditional Italian repertoire to Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, and other European countries.
She is the lead singer of several ensembles performing classical and crossover repertoire throughout Italy; she recorded the soundtrack for the film “L’Anima Salva” and several short films;
she often performs at luxury private events.
She also gives concerts for major institutions, consulates, military organizations, and for the Lombardy Region.
